COVID-19 Protocol

Hello To All,

 

We have prepared the Salon following guidelines of the state of Massachusetts. In addition to our high standards of maintaining a clean environment, we have updated our procedures to ensure the safety of our salon for both clients and staff.

 

Please be patient as these are the new norms.

 

SAFETY AND PRECAUTIONS:

• No walk-ins please. You must call for an apppointment. 617-965-3012.

• Waiting areas within our salon are closed.

• Please arrive few minutes early and wait in your car until we text you when we are ready to assist you.

• Please arrive with mask on, If you do not have a mask we provide one for $3.

 

To save time you can come already with your hair washed. We will be maintaining 6-feet-apart distancing between customers. Between each client appointment we will be sanitizing and disinfecting our hands as well as our tools and anything we touch. There will be hand sanitizer at each station and in the bathroom as well.

 

As we receive new guidelines and regulations we will publish any updates to our operating practices.
